Most of us don't listen to CBC as we are finding out by this obsession of the Star about a CBC personality. What do you listen to?

I listen to 680 and 640 in the morning, 12-3 I'm streaming Rush, and the rest of the time I listen to podcasts of Mark Levin, John Batchelor, Stuff You Should Know, Revolutions, Larry Kudlow, Laura Ingraham, A prairie Home Companion, Cato Daily and a few others. The neat thing about podcasts is that I can speed up the broadcast without making the speakers sound like they've been inhaling helium.

I do listen to open line and talk shows. I sometimes even listen to Rush if I have a chance.
What I really am interested in is whether he is on his meds or ranting about the ills of the
world.
The problem is in America especially the right starting with Reagan policies created most
of these ills and they were supported by other non thinking Democrats like Bill Clinton
The problem with much of American leadership is the Democrats are incompetent and the
Republicans are crazy. How the hell can you measure a valued conversation in that
atmosphere? Without a measure of compromise America is being flushed and all we are
seeing is talking heads swirling around the bowl before the final flush down the pioe
Talk radio is the new wrestling its all show and very little substance and many people are
shying away from it. I am getting tired of it also I want informed intelligent conversation no
sensational nonsense served up by people like Rush and his gaggling counterparts on other
stations. Its time they all grew up

I listen to C.B.C. (my second choice) It's hard to find a good music station (C & W 24/7)

I listen to CBC. I love White Coat Black Art, This is That, The Debators and general news.

Lots of laughs there, Twila! :)

CBC is the only talk radio I ever listen to. Quirks and Quarks, Cross Country Checkup, The Vinyl Cafe, The Debaters. Ideas, Writers and Company, Tapestry... best talk radio there is.

I listen to Rush Limbaugh. He's a smart polemicist and his format is entertaining. Unfortunately, he's a little bit too moderate for my tastes. He tends to treat leftists as if they are simply ignorant, and glosses over the fact that they are evil people.
